What is a safe dose of vitamin c per day?

Which Vitamins are good for Vitiligo!
Hey Diane,
Vitamin C, folic acid, and B12 are important for vitiligo. Pantothenic acid, copper, and zinc are also good for vitiligo. All of these are in Recouleur
It’s untrue ,Vitamin c getting vitiligo spread as I know.

Vitamin C ingested in mega doses can exacerbate vitiligo. However, supplementing with vitamin C in moderate amounts has been shown to help vitiligo. Vitamin C applied to the skin will cause depigmentation. It’s an ingredient in some skin care products such as moisturizer so be sure to read your labels.
